The firm has experience in the restructuring and workout of troubled real estate investments, including broad experience in enforcing creditors’ rights, advising lenders on judicial and non-judicial foreclosure remedies under California law, designing and implementing collection plans and actions, and seeking prejudgment remedies and receiverships. The firm also has a wide array of bankruptcy litigation experience, including plan confirmation battles and stay relief.

We have also enforced judgments obtained by our clients through the use of writs of attachment, levies, turnover orders, charging orders, real and personal property liens, and judgment debtor and third party examinations, and have performed these services in California, Nevada, Delaware, New York, Georgia, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

The firm is currently representing several financial institutions and private equity firms as creditors in workouts, receiverships, guarantor and deficiency collection, foreclosures and bankruptcies, and has experience representing debtors in similar proceedings. Representative clients include national lending and financial institutions, loan servicers, investors and investment funds, developers, state and federal receivers, and small-to-large companies.
